I've made the move from mac to pc [yeah, shut up at the back] for writing stuff on and am experimenting now with a bit of software called tracktion which has the most intuitive user interface i've seen in a while. Excellent for music stuff because you can spend your time being creative rather than delving about in some fucking plugin folder.

June 2003, I hooked up with some guys in Bristol who play under the name of The Dead Lovers. see the site at www.thedeadlovers.com or have a listen to some live mp3s from our gig at the Croft, Bristol. It's kind of dark rock, maybe Elbowy or Dovesy in some ways.
April 2004, both James (drummer) and Harry (bass) decided they had other things to do with their time so Toby and I did some gentle stuff before he decided to leg it to London. Leaving me and my laptop again. Ho hum... |
